This role involves conducting thorough inspections, measurements, and counts of various components, including die and wafer, caps, bases, lead frames, and other parts, to ensure they meet Military and Jedec standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect die and piece parts using high and low power microscopes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Follow established specifications and reaction paths to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Utilize hand tools to manually process delicate products without damaging components.
  • Stock and issue materials for assembly build, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Train employees on specifications and processes used in the area, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Maintain well-organized and audit-ready work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to move product and enter data, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for effective communication and data entry.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and training.
