About the Role:
As a Providence Nurse in our NICU, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional care to our most vulnerable patients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering world-class health with human connection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in our NICU, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient and their family.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in NICU care and best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification within 6 months of hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a NICU setting.
