Business Administration Manager

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the Business Administrator responsibilities for our contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee departmental work to ensure successful execution of contract services.
- Liaise with contracted staff to execute contract tasks.
- Create and implement standardized practices and procedures for contracted staff.
- Participate in document creation, document control, and implementation of contractual deliverables.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and provide timely responses.
- Collaborate with managers and departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate staff to establish training needs.
- Provide accurate reports and updates to customers and stakeholders.
- English oral and written communication and record-keeping ability.
- Strong project or contract management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage contractual requirements and provide guidance to others.
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience as a contract or project manager.
- 5 years' experience working as a business or administrative assistant.
- Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid Class C California Driver's license and no DUIs in the last three years.
- Required to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $98,000 - $147,720.00 depending on experience/qualifications.
