CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. As a SMIT, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in managing a CVS Pharmacy store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement store merchandising strategies to drive sales growth
  • Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead a team of associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in a 16-week training program to develop leadership skills and knowledge of CVS Health's business operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
