Join Our Team as a Store Manager Trainee

We are seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Qdoba. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the store manager in supervising store staff and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of supervisory and/or management experience in a fast food or fast casual environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
