About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Trainee to join our team at Jack in the Box. As a Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for running a $1-2 million business, developing and implementing business strategies, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a fast food or fast casual environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Growth-driven and career-oriented outlook
  • Hands-on management style
  • Positive personality and a love for the restaurant business
