As an Educator, your responsibilities include:
Caring Adhere to all licensing regulations and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
Engaged Enhance your skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, while effectively communicating with families.
Knowledgeable Complete comprehensive training that covers childcare, preschool, and developmental topics.
Creative Execute our proprietary curriculum while designing engaging, interactive learning experiences for the children.
We seek energetic, reliable, and passionate individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess:
Experience in a licensed childcare facility or a related field.
The ability to meet state educational requirements and our center's standards.
A willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, engaging in physical activities with children.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is based on position, education, and experience. Options for bi-weekly and daily pay are available.
Assistant Educator - $16.30-$22.80
Educator - $17.10-$23.90
Lead Educator - $18.45-$27.70
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) is provided for full-time employees, with limited medical options for part-time workers.
Education assistance, including tuition reimbursement and certification support, 401K (with company match), life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts are available to all employees.
