Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Schedule new and existing patients with a high degree of accuracy.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $45,000.00 per year.
- Medical Insurance: Eligibility begins the first day of the month after 60 days of employment.
