Responsibilities:

  • Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, restocking toiletries, and ensuring all areas are tidy and clean.
  • Common Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Manage the laundry and linen needs of the hotel, including washing, drying, and ironing linens and uniforms.
  • Lost and Found: Document and report lost and found items, and ensure that all items are properly stored and secured.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience as a professional housekeeper or in a similar role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent organizational and time management skills, and excellent communication skills.
