We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Drury Hotels Company, LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Ensure exceptional experiences and positive interactions for our diverse team members and guests.
  • Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain rooms according to established standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections of rooms to help identify necessary maintenance elements.
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by offering a friendly and courteous attitude with a Servicio +1 mindset.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior cleaning experience necessary.
  • Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow instructions (verbal and written).
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift.
  • Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities.
  • Ability to lift pounds intermittently during the workday.
Reporting Structure:
  • Reports to the Executive Housekeeper/Assistant General Manager.
  • Maintains and promotes a positive and cooperative working relationship with all hotel departments.
