Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Leaders to develop new business strategies based on data-driven insights, streamlining current practices and driving business growth.
  • Provide data interpretation and analysis, creating and enhancing performance metrics and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to establishing company policy and oversee key initiatives to increase operational productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to deliver deep and valuable insights to our Production, Support, and Executive Teams.
  • Develop and implement value-add business strategies that impact current operating practices and company policy.
  • Articulate and present complex ideas and findings to various audiences, including operations staff, senior management, and external clients.
  • Train and guide new analysts, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven self-starter and independent thinker with extensive experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel, with experience in automating reports and analyses.
  • 5+ years of experience in recapture analytics, marketing analytics, sales, or capital markets, with a Bachelor's Degree or better in Analytics, Data, Finance, Math, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce or in the Mortgage industry is a plus.
