Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary:
RemX is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide resolution for customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Serve as a single point of contact for customers and build strong relationships to support their needs.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
- Meet performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.
- Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule for this position is an 8-hour shift between Monday and Sunday, with a typical start time of 11am. The first week of training will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $17.00/hourly - weekly pay

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare/insurance environment.
- Background in social work, behavioral health, health promotion, and behavior change.
- Customer service experience.
