Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to advocate for products across the organization, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Exhibit structured and organized thinking to drive end-to-end process improvements with minimal supervision; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct in-depth analysis when necessary.

Be a hands-on team player, eager to explore new opportunities and make a significant impact.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field or equivalent professional experience (e.g., Operations Research, Economics, Management Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, etc.) OR 3+ years of experience in operations, eCommerce operations, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience with Salesforce; familiarity with reporting dashboards.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, comfortable creating presentations that convey a clear narrative.
Professional experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the marketplace, particularly on the operational side.
Experience in lead generation.
