We are seeking an exceptional Senior Education Operations Executive to join our team. This key position will oversee daily operations, manage a dynamic team of professionals, and provide unparalleled educational experiences for our scholars. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in managing logistics, and a deep understanding of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of school operations professionals to ensure seamless event logistics, effective communication with families, accurate scholar information collection, efficient purchasing processes, strong building relationships, reliable technology management, and accurate inventory management.">
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and communications to drive scholar outcomes and promote a positive school community.">
  • Overseeing daily financial and business activities, including budget creation, forecasting, reconciliation, and record-keeping.">
  • Ensuring operational excellence by maintaining high standards in all areas, from scholar safety and health to school aesthetics.">
  • Establishing and maintaining successful relationships within the school community, fostering partnerships to drive the goals of our dual mission.">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
