Job Title: External Affairs Specialist

Crystal Stairs, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled External Affairs Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our External Affairs department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to promote our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communications plans to promote our organization's mission and values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and public relations campaigns
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling content
  • Develop and distribute press releases and other external communications
  • Provide support for special events and projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a communications role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
