Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Assistant

Concept Laboratories Inc is a contract manufacturer that specializes in personal care and cosmetic products. We are actively seeking a Regulatory Affairs Assistant to support our regulatory and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with gathering and tracking raw material documents, including technical and regulatory documentation from vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to IL, SDS, and QQ forms.
  • Enter regulatory and safety information of raw materials into Ecomundo.
  • Support MOCRA product listing registration and WERCS registration.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in science, preferably chemistry, biochemistry, or microbiology.
  • Experience in cosmetic or contract manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, or Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
