  • Commercial and Residential Construction Divisions:
    • Supervise daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, credit card reconciliations, and job costing.
    • Work closely with vendors and project managers to ensure prompt payments to subcontractors.
    • Manage compliance matters, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W-9 forms, and lien waivers.
    • Prepare monthly financial statements and present them to senior management.
    • Utilize various software tools such as Quickbooks, Appfolio, AvidXchange, and Procore, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
