About the Role
Gentiva Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Hospice Aide/ CNA, you will provide personalized care to patients in their homes, focusing on maintaining good personal hygiene, assisting with daily activities, and promoting mental alertness.

Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager Senior and function under the direction of the Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as emptying trash and changing linens.
  • Provide basic emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely.

Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
  • Six (6) months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology.
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
