Executive Director Job Summary

Affinity Hospice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Executive Director to lead our branch team. Key Responsibilities

The Executive Director will be responsible for:

  • Participating in operational planning and budgeting to ensure the financial stability of the branch.
  • Ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, ACHC, Federal, and State guidelines for hospice care.
  • Maintaining high standards of ethical business and clinical practice.
  • Providing exceptional service to patients, families, referral sources, and co-workers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Executive Director should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hospice management experience.
  • A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or equivalent.
  • A good working knowledge of hospice federal and state guidelines, as well as Medicare and Medicaid payor requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, direct, and motivate professional and administrative personnel.
