Resident Services Specialist

ACCESS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resident Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
- Conduct regular building checks and document completion
- Intervene in emergency situations as necessary
- Ensure outside individuals have permission to be on property
- Document visitor logs and maintain confidentiality of resident files
- Assist residents with daily tasks and provide support as needed
- Supervise residents during assigned shifts and enforce agency policies
- Monitor resident activities and ensure compliance with agency rules
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in social services or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing stairs and lifting up to 25 lbs
