Key Responsibilities- Provide and supervise professional, independent nursing care for patients
- Apply knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching, and supervising professional nursing care delivery
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Nursing, 1 year - Home health RN experience
