Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal reviews and quality assurance functions to ensure high-quality service to our clients
- Assist management in reviewing and reporting on the effectiveness of fraud prevention processes
- Use quality monitoring data management systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coach and develop the skills of Card Fraud Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and optimal efficiency
- Generate and review daily reports to identify and verify potential fraudulent activities
- Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
- Prepare and analyze internal quality reports for management review
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7 years of experience in a client contact center environment and/or customer service operations
- Excellent knowledge of CNB's online internet applications and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking operations and technical support
- Experience with the Call Center's CARES telephony soft-phone system and Pin Drop fraud detection system
