About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Quality Review Analyst to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our fraud detection and prevention processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal reviews and quality assurance functions to ensure high-quality service to our clients
  • Assist management in reviewing and reporting on the effectiveness of fraud prevention processes
  • Use quality monitoring data management systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Coach and develop the skills of Card Fraud Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and optimal efficiency
  • Generate and review daily reports to identify and verify potential fraudulent activities
  • Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
  • Prepare and analyze internal quality reports for management review
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 7 years of experience in a client contact center environment and/or customer service operations
  • Excellent knowledge of CNB's online internet applications and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking operations and technical support
  • Experience with the Call Center's CARES telephony soft-phone system and Pin Drop fraud detection system
