Mission Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, and report editing to support mission planning and execution.
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement operational concepts, engage stakeholders, and oversee the implementation of mission operations.
- Prepare and present written and oral briefings to all levels of customer management, effectively communicating mission objectives and progress.
- Potential for TDY travel to support mission requirements.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of additional relevant operational experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant operational experience within the sponsor's organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Requires an active TS/SCI w/ Poly.
- High degree of personal integrity and strong analytical skills.
- Experience supporting or leading Cyber Missions and ability to manipulate multiple sets of data to derive inputs for deep dive packages.
- Proficiency with software, databases, and tools used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling.
- Familiarity with the customer's report writing standards and strong interpersonal skills.
- Relevant Customer Certifications and technical expertise in computer and network operating systems.
- Familiarity with various Intelligence Community partners and their operations, with foreign language proficiency a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
