Position Overview

The EQS Component Restoration Specialist II is tasked with executing routine duties associated with the refurbishment of components utilized in the installation, remanufacturing, and repair of beverage dispensing machinery. Responsibilities encompass (but are not limited to) disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, and testing component parts. This role demands precision, requiring steady hands and the capability to handle small items such as screws, nuts, and springs that may be less than 1/4 inch in size.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble components into their individual parts
  • Clean all parts thoroughly
  • Reassemble components; replace any damaged or necessary parts
  • Conduct prescribed tests to guarantee quality standards
  • Document tasks performed and components utilized
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace through effective housekeeping
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Intermediate skills in technical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills are a plus
  • Experience with pneumatic and manual hand tools is preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to utilize fine motor skills for extended periods to manipulate small components
  • Familiarity with the operational functions of beverage fountains and their components is preferred
  • Knowledge of vending equipment and its components is desirable

  • Up to 12 months of relevant work experience
