Job Overview

Compensation

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $50,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and licensure.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an Adult IOP Counselor to support our clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or other related field.

Scope of Position
  • Facilitate a Co-occurring Disorders Intensive Outpatient program and complete assessments as determined by and according to program standards.
  • Prepare materials for facilitating sessions and groups.
  • Initiate and develop treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues, and other staff.
  • Communicate with referral sources and company representatives.
  • Complete documentation for insurance reviews.
  • Scheduled for 40 hours per week as needed by the program with a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week.
