About the Role

We offer a competitive salary package of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes comprehensive training, opportunities for professional development, and a range of benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, social work)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
