Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and operation of all electro/mechanical systems and equipment for commercial systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair complex HVAC and emergency equipment and controls
- Troubleshoot and maintain fan and blower systems, including motors, fan coils, VAVs, heat exchangers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning, and pumps
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including water and air cooled chillers, helical screws, and centrifugal equipment
- Provide technical guidance and direction to other mechanics as needed

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a HVAC Service Tech
- Experience with various control systems, control devices, and sequences of operation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including pumps, VFDs, CRAC units, and water and air cooled chillers, boilers, BAS systems, control devices, and other equipment
- Valid driver's license
