As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our wholesale customers and sales representatives via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and sales representatives with all questions and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Create and update customer accounts in our system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Resolve product or service issues by analyzing customer complaints, determining the root cause, and implementing effective solutions.
- Oversee sales order booking from processing to shipment, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments, credits, and returns.
- Recommend products or services to management by analyzing customer needs and preferences.
- Run weekly reports to monitor delivery, identify potential issues, and coordinate with the sales team to resolve problems.
- Create invoices and send copies of orders and invoices as necessary.
- Enter orders and upload Brandwise.
- Issue RA's and follow up on repairs/credits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Skills:
- Product knowledge and sales inclination.
