As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our wholesale customers and sales representatives via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and sales representatives with all questions and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Create and update customer accounts in our system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Resolve product or service issues by analyzing customer complaints, determining the root cause, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Oversee sales order booking from processing to shipment, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments, credits, and returns.
  • Recommend products or services to management by analyzing customer needs and preferences.
  • Run weekly reports to monitor delivery, identify potential issues, and coordinate with the sales team to resolve problems.
  • Create invoices and send copies of orders and invoices as necessary.
  • Enter orders and upload Brandwise.
  • Issue RA's and follow up on repairs/credits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills:

  • Product knowledge and sales inclination.
