About the Role
Guardian Glass is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our ShowerGuard Dealer Network in the Northeast and Midwest regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive ShowerGuard sales through our Registered Dealer Network.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training to dealers, ensuring they have the expertise to effectively promote Guardian's interior glass products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key shower door dealer prospects, understanding their needs and developing solutions to support their business growth.
- Conduct thorough analysis of dealer performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring Guardian's products remain competitive in the market.
- Oversee the ShowerGuard warranty process, ensuring seamless customer support and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements, with a strong focus on customer relationship building and product knowledge.
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 60% of the time, with a willingness to accommodate short notice requirements.
- Proficient in CRM software and able to utilize data analytics to inform sales strategies.
- Experience in the glass fabrication or shower enclosure supply chain, with a strong understanding of the residential building construction market.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, with a proven ability to drive engagement and close deals.
What We Offer
Guardian Glass offers a competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, as well as variable pay and a company car. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, ADD, disability, retirement, paid vacation/time off, educational assistance, and more.
