This position is responsible for managing high-volume and intricate payroll processes, ensuring precision, and delivering outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Administer high-volume and complex payrolls while adhering to established protocols.
- Review and manage service requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Accurately calculate and utilize retroactive payroll tools.
- Complete daily operational checklists and conduct peer reviews.
- Interpret and implement Union Collective Bargaining Agreements effectively.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Perform reconciliations and document any discrepancies in payroll records.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions on Workforce Software.
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage time efficiently to consistently meet deadlines.
- Stay informed on current processes, guidelines, and policies.
- Take initiative, offer assistance, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Submit requests for time off and schedule adjustments promptly.
- Address inquiries related to daily payroll operations.
Education: A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payroll management.
Essential Skills- Proven experience in payroll operations.
