Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Bank of America teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
