Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Director to join our team at Axis Residential, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our residents, prospects, and on-site team. Your primary focus will be on creating a welcoming and engaging community environment that exceeds our residents' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage, lead, and develop a high-performing office team to ensure seamless community operations.
    • Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
  • Community Culture
    • Create and maintain a community culture that fosters a sense of belonging among residents.
    • Develop and implement programs that enhance residents' quality of life and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee daily property operations to ensure maximum revenue potential and optimal resident satisfaction.
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all invoices and financial reports.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve leasing goals and build strong relationships with prospective residents.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the community and the company.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in multifamily property management, with a focus on resident services and community operations.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
    • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and property management software (e.g., Yardi, On-Site).
