Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and direct the Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to department supervisors and managers.
  • Operational Performance
    • Monitor and analyze operations performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including OSHA requirements.
    • Develop and implement safety and quality initiatives to drive a culture of excellence.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Manage the supply chain from vendor selection to product delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgetary, capital planning, and P&L responsibilities within the manufacturing organization.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar field required.
  • Experience
    • 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
    • 5+ years of experience supervising Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams with 20 or more employees.
    • Experience implementing and leading safety & quality initiatives.
    • Experience leading budgetary, capital planning, P&L responsibilities within a manufacturing organization.
  • Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain standards, processes, and tools.
    • Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and best practices for safety in the manufacturing industry.
    • Knowledge of data/statistical analysis tools and software and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Professional and effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
