Banquet Captain

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at the Interlocken Hotel. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all banquet functions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

• Supervise and coordinate the Banquet staff during all food and beverage service.
• Assist the Banquet Manager in the complete operation of the Banquet Department.
• Ensure that all food and beverage service is served on time and that all of Omni's professional standards are upheld.
• Coordinate with the Director of Banquets and Banquet Leaders to successfully execute all operations relating to the Banquets department.
• Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively.

• 2-3 years Banquets supervisory experience.
• Experience in handling beverages.
• Flexibility and availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to deal with cash and coin transactions.
• TIPS and Food Handler's certifications prior to hire.
