We are seeking Section 3 and M/WBE Subcontractors for Security Guard Services. The selected vendors will provide security services at various locations within the City and County of Sacramento.

Command International Security Services is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in its business practices. We seek vendors and subcontractors with MBE, WBE, and Section 3 certifications to partner with us on this project.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • At least 51% ownership and control by Section 3 residents or current low or very low-income persons.
  • 75% or more of labor hours performed by low or very low-income persons.
  • 51% ownership and control by current public housing residents or residents living in Section 8 (HCV) housing.

Targeted Section 3 Worker Requirements:

  • Employed by a Section 3 business concern.
  • Meets one of the following categories:
    • Resident of public housing or Section 8-assisted housing.
    • Resident of other public housing projects or Section 8-assisted housing managed by the PHA.
    • Youth Build participant.

Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Definitions:

  • MBE: at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more minority or socially and economically disadvantaged persons.
