Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Westminster, Maryland and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions to students, promoting effective communication and language skills.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • Maryland SLPA licensure or eligibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
