Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills
- Administer and score specialized speech tests
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing techniques
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of state and federal accreditation standards
