Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by prospecting and qualifying leads for our custom software solutions. Your primary focus will be identifying businesses that need scalable software to enhance operations, project management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect businesses in industries like industrial services, manufacturing, and medical equipment that would benefit from our software solutions.
  • Qualify leads by engaging prospects to understand their challenges and qualifying them for our software offerings.
  • Build strong client relationships and establish partnerships with referral partners to generate new leads.
  • Maintain standards by consistently meeting or exceeding minimum standards in prospecting activities, appointments set, presentations, and assessment calls.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to refine your approach and improve lead generation.
  • Report on prospecting activities and metrics regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Disc assessment complete.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
