Shift Details

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM to 2:45 PM, Friday 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Role Summary

The Production Assembler II will execute all tasks on the assigned production line within the Professional Oral Health department. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all job functions safely.
  • Assemble products and kits following established procedures and work instructions.
  • Work in various areas of production including assembly and packing.
  • Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency to meet daily production targets.
  • Learn to interpret assembly work instructions.
  • Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and collaborate with team members.
  • Ensure accurate documentation before transferring products to Quality Assurance.
  • Adhere to quality system procedures and assist in their development as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records as required.
  • Participate actively in performance reviews.
  • Conduct all activities ethically and in compliance with corporate policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic math, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to perform basic charting and interpret data.
  • Familiarity with the location and function of all parts used in production.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly is preferred.

Work Environment

Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and odors from production equipment. Overtime may be required, and safety gear may be necessary in certain areas.
