This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Production Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, aligning, adjusting, and fitting sub-assemblies and parts or auxiliary equipment using appropriate tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and/or perform preset calibration/final testing of products, including small, medium, and large products, subassemblies, and complete units.
  • Clean parts and maintain tooling and equipment per proper work instructions.
  • Assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts or auxiliary equipment using appropriate tools and equipment as per work instructions.
  • Follow work instructions associated with assembly skills to become certified for work being performed.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of moderately complex assembly and/or test problems.
  • Complete all required paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner, including Quality Assurance and Test Record.
Requirements
  • US - High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years related work experience and applicable certifications required.
  • The ability to see details clearly to accomplish work tasks in a safe and efficient manner and possessing strong hand-eye coordination.
  • The ability to perform simple arithmetic computations correctly using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages.
  • The ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to follow work orders efficiently.
