Job Title: Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse

Job Summary:

Job Description:
As a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to premature and critically ill newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of a hospital. Your responsibilities will include connecting newborns to life-saving technology, providing education to new mothers, and collaborating with physicians to develop individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans
• Educate new mothers on their baby's condition, breastfeeding, and other relevant topics
• Connect newborns to life-saving technology, such as ventilators and IV lines

Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of experience in NICU or pediatric nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
