Server Assistant

CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment processing, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to effectively communicate with guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and company initiatives.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced dining environment, preferably in a server or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to work in a team environment, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
