Job Opportunity

Deka Lash, a leading beauty brand, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Manager to lead our new eyelash studio in Woodbury Lakes Shopping Center. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide eyelash extensions personally and lead a team of lash artists
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment
  • Ensure Deka Lash branding and culture are consistently upheld
  • Manage staff schedules, including handling same-day callouts
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Facilitate team meetings and development sessions
  • Monitor and respond to studio email and reviews
  • Coordinate local sales efforts, including social media marketing and outreach
  • Ensure all studio systems are followed, including sanitation standards and cash handling procedures
Requirements
  • Current cosmetology or esthetician license
  • Minnesota Salon Manager license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
  • Goal-driven and results-oriented
