Job Overview

Pramira Inc is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our Construction Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of tasks and adhering to our safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate potential hazards
  • Assist crew members with construction work as required
  • Install pedestals and vaults
  • Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment safely
  • Dig trenches and remove, fill, or compact earth
  • Mix ingredients to create compounds for surface covering or cleaning
  • Assist with the handling and placement of conduit and cables
  • Maintain equipment
  • Perform site clean-up
  • Complete all required company documentation
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and a health card
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with coworkers
  • Must have the ability to exert heavy physical effort, lift heavy objects, kneel, crouch, balance, climb, or crawl
  • Frequently use hand tools, shovels, pneumatic tools (tampers, compactors, 60 & 90lb jackhammer, chipping hammer)
  • Must have the ability to assist in the installation of conduit, hand holes, vaults, manholes, and cable
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
