Job Description:

  • Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Review and analyze basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables in Loan Workout, exercising judgment within defined parameters.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and client personnel in Loan Workout to provide information and support, developing a deep understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Access various systems to gather media items, package materials into a PDF, and send information to external law firms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with creating and completing reports in Microsoft Excel, utilizing data analysis and visualization skills to inform business decisions.
  • Create and collect items from lists in E-Car, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support ad hoc legal remedy projects, applying knowledge of loan processing and financial operations to drive results.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • User-level experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and One Note.
  • Ability to combine documents with Adobe Pro or Adobe Reader.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to follow specific procedures.
  • Understanding of loan processing and financial operations.
