Renovation Technician Job Description

CATEGORY 5 LLC is seeking a skilled Renovation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of our building structures and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain building structures and systems, including electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Install and repair electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform carpentry and painting tasks to maintain the appearance and functionality of our facilities.
