We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Virtual Power Plant Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with technology companies within the utility industry to promote virtual power plant technology using Tesla's residential energy products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive virtual power plant adoption, targeting utilities, municipalities, and energy service providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility executives, engineers, and government officials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for virtual power plant projects.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and negotiate contracts to secure virtual power plant installations and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on the energy industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify opportunities and overcome challenges in the virtual power plant adoption space.
• Proficient in contract negotiations and adept at finding win-win solutions that align with both parties' objectives.
