We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist I to join our team at Vets Hired. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct customer support via phone, email, or chat, responding to incoming requests for service and prioritizing urgency of calls.
  • Assess and identify client software needs, and assist in testing of new and existing software.
  • Plan and conduct training of end users on software applications and systems.
  • Assist with software installations and perform accurate system configuration for conversion of client data.
  • Ensure that the Change Control Process is followed for implementation of changes and upgrades on client test and production environments.
Requirements
  • One or more years of experience in customer service, preferably in technical support or telecommunications.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Microsoft CRM.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify workable solutions, and select appropriate course of action.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to train in a group setting.
