Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction while managing complex onboarding projects.
- Collaborate with various teams within the Black Diamond Onboarding department.
- Understand client business models and tailor workflows to meet their specific needs.
- Configure our suite of tools to empower financial advisors in managing client wealth.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on our Wealth Platform.
- Effectively manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- A combination of investment management and technical expertise is essential.
- 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles within Software, Financial Services, or FinTech.
- A strong focus on enhancing the client experience and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Experience in project management and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
