The On Board Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and appearance of Amtrak trains. This position involves managing a team of on-board personnel to ensure that trains are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field management and oversight of all aspects of on-train cleanliness and appearance.
- Supervise a designated group of on-board personnel to ensure they are meeting cleanliness and appearance standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service, Operations, and Mechanical, to ensure seamless train operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve on-train cleanliness and appearance.
- Monitor and report on cleanliness and appearance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Amtrak's policies and procedures.
